Coaching hours are the hardest hours. An academy ground sees drills on the same patch of turf for months, repeated sprints in the same lane, the same penalty spot every session. It needs the heavier yarn and the certified system, and it needs the lines to be right.
Football academies.
16K Pro or 18K Flagship turf on a FIFA Quality Pro system for the main pitch; 14K for training areas. Full-size or 7-a-side depending on age group, with a goalkeeper zone that can be re-turfed separately.
Cricket academies.
Practice nets in banks of four to eight on 9 mm cricket turf, with Garware netting on galvanised posts, and a hybrid turf outfield if the site has room. See cricket turf.
Tennis and hockey.
ITF Category 5 tennis turf, three colours, courts in banks. FIH National sand-dressed hockey turf for training, Global water-based where the academy competes. Tennis, hockey.
How it works.
- Tell us the ground. Area, sport, city, and what it has to survive. The Field Designer gives you a drawing and a roll plan.
- Site visit. Levels, falls, drainage, base.
- Quotation in 48 hours. One number: base, supply, installation, marking, with the data sheet.
- Build and handover. Crews stay until the lines are down and the care brief is in your hands.
Questions, asked often.
Can you certify the pitch?
The systems are FIFA, ITF and FIH rated products. Field certification of the installed pitch is arranged after handover where the academy requires it.
How do you handle phased builds?
We design drainage and levels for the final layout, then build in phases as budget allows. Most academies start with the football pitch and nets.
Where are you based and where do you deliver?
Warehouse and design office in Surat, Gujarat. Turf ships by road to every state; same day in Surat, next day to Ahmedabad and Mumbai, two to six days elsewhere. See where we build.
