Build options
Same premium turf and glass, three ways to frame the court, depending on your space, budget and ambition.

Our top-tier build, tempered glass on every wall, sides included, with frameless corners. The view stays completely unobstructed from any angle, giving you the closest thing to a professional tournament court. The choice for premium clubs and showpiece installations.

A clean sweep of tempered glass across the back walls with frameless corners and open sightlines for players and spectators. You get the panoramic look players love at a smoother price than the Ultra, which is why it is our most popular court.

Tempered-glass back walls with galvanised steel mesh along the upper sides and corner posts. A rugged, proven, cost-efficient build that still plays to tournament spec, ideal for schools, academies, community courts and high-traffic public facilities.

Padel doesn't ask for the bounce, that comes off the glass. It asks for controlled grip on contact, then predictable slide when a player turns or chases. Get that wrong and the ball either dies on the surface or skids unpredictably.
Our 12mm pile sits in the sweet spot. 9,000 DTEX yarn for resilience under stud and shoe wear. 46,200 stitches per square metre, dense enough to hold sand infill in place, open enough for the slide. Double PP PU backing for full dimensional stability across India's seasonal swings.
Slides without sticking, grips without skidding.
Resilient against repeated turn-and-burst play.
Holds infill where it should be, under your feet.
Every padel court is the same: 10 × 20.58 metres. We quote per full court, turf, sand infill, mesh, and tape, so you know the number before the ground gets touched.
FEP · FIP regulation
Padel’s court standard was shaped by the Federación Española de Pádel (FEP), the Spanish federation where the modern game grew up, and is now carried worldwide by the International Padel Federation (FIP). Every ILAN court is built to that official regulation, so the wall bounce, angles and pace play exactly as they should.
12 KG glue + 1.2 KG hardener · 90:10 mix · 60-min pot life

Engineered grain · stabilizer for the pile
From a dedicated padel club to a private court at home, the same court, panoramic glass, WPT geometry, turnkey install, suits the setting.
A padel court asks for very little, keep the turf brushed and topped up, and the structure barely needs a thought.
A padel court is turf plus structure plus glass. Each wants a slightly different check.
Brush the turf to keep sand distributed and the pile standing, particularly at the service boxes and the net line where play concentrates.
Clean the glass and check the fixings. Rinse the turf to clear dust.
Check sand infill depth and top up. Inspect the steel structure, bolts and net tension.
Re-tension the net, replace worn fixings, and spot-repair turf damage.

Base construction · Hard-court systems
A surface is only as good as what it sits on. ILAN now builds the base as part of the project, so one team owns levels, drainage, tolerances and the surface on top. Layer thicknesses are finalised after our site survey and soil check.
Formation level cut and proof-rolled, falls set at 0.8–1% in one plane for clean, predictable drainage.
Compacted GSB and WMM layers, tested for density, sized to the local soil report.
M20–M25 PCC / RCC slab, 100–150 mm, with expansion joints and foundations or a ring beam where a court structure sits on it.
Perimeter channels and kerbing, and the flatness check before any surface or structure is fixed.
