Decide with the material in hand
Compare pile, colour and backing side by side on your own site, in your own light, before you commit to a specification.
A physical cut piece of each surface you selected, enough to see the fibre, feel the pile and check the backing construction. Not a photograph, not a swatch card.
Colour reads differently in daylight on your site than on any screen. Pile depth and softness cannot be photographed at all. Most specification mistakes we see would have been caught by holding two samples side by side.

Yes, standard samples are provided free of charge. If you need an unusually large set or an urgent courier, we will tell you upfront if anything is chargeable.
Dispatch is normally within a couple of working days of the request, with courier transit on top depending on your location. We confirm dispatch and share tracking so you are not guessing.
