One 15 mm pile that takes any line marking and any colour. Football, cricket, tennis, basketball, volleyball and hockey on the same court.
A 15 mm fast-pile system that takes any line marking and any colour the project asks for. Same yarn, same density, same backing across the range, only the colour changes. Plays tennis, basketball, futsal, hockey, volleyball, and any combination you want stripe-painted onto the same court.
One pile. Five colors. Whatever lines you want painted.
What it plays
The pile is sport-agnostic. Lines are stripe-painted post-install. Mix and match for school grounds, club courts, and society community spaces.
Outdoor courts, school grounds, and community pads. The 15mm pile shrugs off ball impact, holds line paint clean.
5-a-side football, fast-paced indoor & outdoor. The dense pile keeps the ball running true, no infill required.
Club & school courts. Faster than clay, kinder than acrylic, and forgiving on knees and ankles.
For practice grounds and academy training. Predictable ball roll, low ankle strain, easy to flood-water for serious sessions.
Soft enough for diving, dense enough for bare-foot play. Good for outdoor club courts and society spaces.
All lines painted on one surface. Schools and societies that need basketball, tennis, and futsal on the same footprint.
Multi-sport asks for something simple but technically tricky: predictable behaviour across radically different ball weights and shoe types. A basketball, a tennis ball, a hockey ball, a futsal, each one wants something slightly different from a surface.
15 mm is the answer. Tall enough to absorb impact for foot-pounding sports, short enough not to drag on a tennis ball. 69,300 stitches per square metre at 33/10 stitch rate, dense enough to roll a hockey ball true, dense enough to keep paint lines crisp through a season of cleaning.
Fast under foot, kind to knees, no infill needed.
Tight stitch holds line paint and resists fibre splay.
Built for daily school & club use without infill maintenance.
Every roll in the multi-sport range shares the same gauge, backing, and roll size. Dark Green and Bi-Color sit slightly different on DTEX, that's the only spec that varies.
All variants · 15 mm pile · 3/16 gauge · Roll 2 M × 25 M (538.74 SQFT), also available 2 × 12.5 M for greens
12 KG glue + 1.2 KG hardener · 90:10 mix · 60-min pot life
0.3 M × 100 M roll
Sport-specific stripe paint · single-court or multi-court layouts
10 M × 30 M · for surrounds, fencing & tennis nets
A multi-sport surface takes more varied traffic than a single-sport pitch, which makes brushing matter more, not less.
Sweep or blow leaves and debris off the surface. Grit left to sit is what abrades fibre.
Brush the pile upright along the routes that get walked most, and rinse to clear dust.
Check infill depth and top up where it has migrated. Inspect seams and edges for lifting.
Spot-clean spills. Localised damage is repaired by cutting out and re-joining a patch rather than replacing the field.

New application
The same qualities that make 15 MM multi-sport turf honest for ball sports make it an excellent golf surface: a short, dense, sand-dressed pile that holds the ball up and lets it roll true. The sand dressing does the tuning, dress heavier and groom flat for a faster green, keep it lighter for approach and chipping zones.
True, repeatable roll off the dense pile. Speed set by sand level and grooming, no mowing, no watering, playable all year.
The pile takes a lofted ball cleanly and releases it naturally, ideal for short-game zones beside a practice green.
Hard-wearing enough for repeated strikes in range bays and academy nets, and it pairs with our sports netting for enclosures.
Resorts, clubhouses, terraces and backyards, cut to any layout, with borders and breaks built into the base.

Base construction · Turf systems
A surface is only as good as what it sits on. ILAN now builds the base as part of the project, so one team owns levels, drainage, tolerances and the surface on top. Layer thicknesses are finalised after our site survey and soil check.
Cut to formation level, proof-rolled, graded to the designed falls (0.5–1%) so water leaves the field, never pools on it.
Granular sub-base (GSB) 150–200 mm and wet-mix macadam (WMM) 100–150 mm, compacted in layers and tested for density.
Dense asphalt 40–50 mm or PCC, laid to a 3 mm over 3 m flatness tolerance, with shock pad where the system calls for it.
Perimeter drains, catch pits and kerbing, so the surface stays dry and the edges hold for years.
