Rooftop padel courts. Society multi-sport pitches. Compound putting greens. Residential surfaces have a different brief than stadiums, and we build for it. Lightweight rolls that don't load the slab. Quiet installs that respect society rules. Aesthetic finishes that earn the maintenance association's vote.
A different brief
Stadium turf can weigh 28 kg/m² loaded with infill. Throw that on a 30-year-old apartment slab and the structural engineer stops returning your calls. Residential is weight-constrained, sound-constrained, approval-constrained, and the brief is closer to interior fit-out than to ground-up sports infrastructure.
We supply lightweight non-infill systems, shock pads that decouple from the slab, and thin profile rolls that hand off cleanly to the building's drainage layout. The result feels like a real court, but loads like a carpet.
Each has its own structural brief, approval path, and aesthetic register. We've supplied all three.
Luxury high-rises, business parks, hotels, the rooftop padel court is the new pool. We supply the turf + base build that the structural engineer signs off.
Padel · Light multi-sport · 8–12 kg/m²
Gated communities and apartment complexes building shared multi-sport pitches. The RWA needs spec docs that survive AGM debate, we ship that with the roll.
Multi-sport · Five-a-side · 20–24 mm
Villa backyards, terrace gardens, basement gyms. Smaller area, higher aesthetic bar, the homeowner is on-site every weekend looking at it.
Putting · Kids' play · Padel · 6–15 mm
Every residential supply we run is checked against these. Skip any one and the install becomes a problem on someone's slab.
Older rooftops are rated for 150–200 kg/m² live load. We pick non-infill or low-infill systems so the finished surface stays well under that, typically 8 to 14 kg/m² with shock pad.
8–14 kg/m² loaded
Bouncing balls transmit through concrete. We layer a foam shock pad (10–15mm) under the turf to decouple impact from the slab, and from the family eating dinner one floor below.
Shock pad mandatory
Rooftops drain to specific points. Our backing is perforated 100% so water moves laterally and finds the existing drain, no pooling, no slab seepage, no warranty arguments with the building maintenance.
Perforated > 60 L/min/m²
Residential clients walk past the surface every day. We share colour matches with the building's exterior palette, so the rooftop court looks like it was designed in, not bolted on.
Colour samples on request
Many residential projects are restricted to weekends, after-hours, or specific elevator slots. We schedule deliveries to the loading dock window and coordinate with the building manager, not just the contractor.
Weekend / after-hours capable
Society installations need spec docs for the resident welfare association meeting. We provide the full pack, material certificates, load calculations, noise data, warranty terms, so the project clears AGM in one cycle.
Full doc pack provided
Not every surface in our range fits a rooftop or society. These are the ones we recommend.
We don't show up with a roll and a hope. Residential needs more sequencing than that.
We visit. We measure. We check the slab age, the existing drainage layout, the access route from the loading dock to the install zone.
Full document set: material certificate, load calculation, noise data, warranty terms. The pack that goes to the structural engineer and the RWA.
We schedule with the building manager, not the contractor. Service elevator slot, weekend trips, no horn at 6am. Society rules respected.
5–10 day install depending on size. We're on-site for the first day and the handover. The RWA gets a one-page warranty and our number.

Mumbai · 14th floor rooftop
Premium residential tower wanted a rooftop padel court as a top-floor amenity. Structural cap of 100 kg/m² loaded. Our 9 kg/m² non-infill padel system + 12mm shock pad came in at 21 kg/m² total, comfortably under cap, BWF-feel finish.
Bangalore · Whitefield
280-flat society putting in a shared five-a-side pitch in the central courtyard. Multi-sport 15mm overlay so the same pitch handles football, cricket-net practice, basketball. AGM-approved spec pack closed the project in one cycle.
Pune · Koregaon Park villa
Five-hole putting practice green in a private villa backyard. 15mm putting fibre with sand infill for true roll, cup-and-flag installed. Owner's spec was "looks real from the patio". Delivered.
