Crystalline-textured wear layer with a subtle sparkle under court lights. Four solid tournament tones.
Multi-layer PVC sheet flooring for indoor courts, in three thickness tiers from recreational practice to international tournament. Printed-in lines, BWF-friendly geometry.
Multi-layer PVC sheet flooring for indoor courts. Three thickness tiers from recreational practice (4.5 mm) to international tournament (8 mm). Printed-in lines, BWF-friendly geometry, shock absorption that protects ankles through the long sessions.
A printed-line, multi-layer PVC roll. Roll out, glue down, paint nothing.
The four layers
Non-slip, wear-resistant and durable, with a clear surface texture, Gem or crystal-sand. Takes the shoe scuffs, the dives and the gear bags.
Inhibits shrinkage and deformation, and effectively prevents floor-edge warping, the layer that keeps the roll dimensionally stable.
Better rebound and stronger support, absorbing shock like built-in knee pads. Thicker core on the 6 mm build for high-traffic halls.
Anti-slip, anti-movement dotted underside. The disc structure boosts adhesion between flooring and subfloor, effectively preventing shifting.
Two pile heights, two surface finishes. Gem gives a crystalline sparkle under court lights; Sand is our crystal-sand texture for higher surface friction and instant cushioning on a dive.

Crystal-sand texture, higher surface friction to cut slip risk, with instant cushioning protection on falls and dives.
Warm timber-look print for a classic indoor-court feel. Two natural wood tones.
Thicker two-colour foam core for extra cushioning and durability in high-traffic, multi-use halls. Wood tones plus Green in the Gem finish.
Multi-purpose halls that host badminton alongside assemblies and events. PVC rolls take chair and table traffic better than a permanent sprung court.
Dedicated courts with heavy daily play, where consistent footing and shock absorption matter for players training several hours a day.
Society clubhouses and corporate recreation halls, indoor courts that need to look finished and take casual play.
Temporary and semi-permanent courts laid for tournaments, with printed-in lines so nothing has to be taped or painted.
Yes. It is an indoor surface, UV, rain and temperature swings are not what it is built for. For outdoor racket sports look at the multi-sport turf range instead.
No. Lines are printed into the surface, so there is nothing to tape down, repaint or trip on, and they do not wear off with play.
A layered build: the wear and support layer on top, a glass-fibre stabilisation layer to hold dimensional stability, and a foam cushioning layer beneath for shock absorption, on a disc-textured back.
A clean, dry, level and load-bearing floor, usually concrete. Level tolerance matters, because any dip telegraphs through a rolled surface. We check it at survey.
Semi-permanent and tournament installations can be lifted and relaid. Permanent installations are bonded down. Which one you want changes the specification, so tell us upfront.
Dust-mop regularly and damp-mop with a neutral cleaner. No harsh solvents. Grit left on the surface is what causes wear, so a mop matters more than a machine.
Green, red and blue are the standard court colours. Availability is confirmed on order.
It handles general indoor multi-purpose use, but it is specified around badminton. If several sports are the priority, tell us which ones and we will advise whether this or another system fits better.

A surface is only as good as what it sits on. ILAN now builds the base as part of the project, so one team owns levels, drainage, tolerances and the surface on top. Layer thicknesses are finalised after our site survey and soil check.
Formation level cut and proof-rolled, falls set at 0.8–1% in one plane for clean, predictable drainage.
Compacted GSB and WMM layers, tested for density, sized to the local soil report.
M20–M25 PCC / RCC slab, 100–150 mm, with expansion joints and foundations or a ring beam where a court structure sits on it.
Perimeter channels and kerbing, and the flatness check before any surface or structure is fixed.
