Mumbai sits in a coastal west climate: heavy south-west monsoon, humid air and salt within a few kilometres of the sea. Salt air is the first thing we design for in Mumbai. Structure is hot-dip galvanised with a paint coat over it, glass fixings are stainless, and the court sits on a base with falls because 12 mm glass and a turf that pools do not mix in the monsoon.

How it works.
