Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Builders and societies in Visakhapatnam are specifying artificial grass for common lawns, play areas and terraces because it looks the same in May as it does in monsoon and never needs a gardener.
Building for Visakhapatnam conditions.
Visakhapatnam sits in a humid east climate: long humid summers, a heavy monsoon and cyclone-season winds off the Bay of Bengal. Sustained rain in Visakhapatnam: a permeable underlay and a drained base, and a backing that stays flat through months of damp.
In Visakhapatnam most of the enquiries we see come from Madhurawada and MVP Colony, though the crews go anywhere in the district.

Questions, asked often.
What does artificial grass cost in Visakhapatnam?
Landscape grass is priced per sq ft by range and pile height, well below sports turf. Send the area and the use, terrace, lawn or play area, and we quote supply or supply-and-lay. Delivery to Visakhapatnam is 3 to 4 days from Surat.
Does it need a base?
On a terrace it goes on a permeable underlay over the existing slab. On ground it needs a compacted, drained base. Both are in the quotation.
How long does it last in Visakhapatnam?
Seven to ten years for the Ultra Pro and Ultra Soft ranges with UV-stable yarn and a brush every few weeks. Value ranges less.
Do you supply landscape contractors in Visakhapatnam?
Yes, by the roll with trade pricing. Ask about the dealer programme.
