The right specification.
14,000 dtex is the floor for a school. It carries daily use for eight to ten years; 12K wears through in five under a school timetable. Sand-dressed rather than heavily rubber-filled where younger children play, and multi-sport lines inlaid so the same ground hosts cricket and volleyball. Fencing to the height the site needs, and lighting if the ground earns evening income.
Safety and compliance.
FIFA Quality systems are tested for shock absorption and rotational resistance, which is what protects knees and ankles. We share the test report with the school. Line marking is inlaid, so there is no repainting and no paint on uniforms.
What it costs.

Can the ground be used for other sports?
Yes. Cricket, volleyball, kabaddi and handball lines can be inlaid in contrasting colours. For cricket-first schools the 35 mm hybrid turf is the better surface.
How long does construction take during term?
Two to three weeks for a 7-a-side. Most schools build over a vacation; we schedule around the calendar.
Do you provide a maintenance plan?
Yes, a written care brief at handover and an optional annual visit.
